On October 21st, David and team will be preparing dinner at the James Beard House in New York City. The event has aptly been named the Maine Marvel and will feature a menu prepared by David and the team from Opus 10. David is thrilled about the event:

This is this the most exciting event of my life! I couldn’t be more honored to have the opportunity to cook at the James Beard House. I feel like I am touching a little bit of history and I will be cooking in one of my culinary hero’s homes.
