Vegan Black Bean Burgers

 
 

 

Yield: 12x 6 oz. burgers

 
 

Ingredients:
8 Small cans cooked black beans – drained and rinsed
4 Medium onions, roughly chopped
3 C Rolled oats
4 T Chili powder
1 t Salt
1 t Black pepper

Method of Preparation:

  1. Place onions in a food processor and process until finely chopped
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until pretty smooth
  3. Chill and form into burgers

Can be frozen and cooked on the grill or fried in a pan
