Vegan Black Bean Burgers
Yield: 12x 6 oz. burgers
Ingredients:
8 Small cans cooked black beans – drained and rinsed
4 Medium onions, roughly chopped
3 C Rolled oats
4 T Chili powder
1 t Salt
1 t Black pepper
Method of Preparation:
- Place onions in a food processor and process until finely chopped
- Add remaining ingredients and process until pretty smooth
- Chill and form into burgers
Can be frozen and cooked on the grill or fried in a pan
